Learn all the mechanics that go into making a BSM function on a daily basis. Running a full-time ministry takes a lot of practical work and logistical know-how to make it function in the most effective way possible. We are thankful for students who desire to serve in this often overlooked area of ministry. Our BSM desires to highlight all spiritual gifts, not just those that involve having a mic in front of a crowd, and want to help every believer learn how to lead and serve effectively with the gifts God has given them.
