One week in! Last week, we talked about why we should be a member of the local church and why the church should be seeking the welfare of the city. I have added some of the resources that RJ mentioned to last week's homework page. By now y'all have been presented with more than a few opportunities to serve so I hope y'all choose one to go and help out at. Get in touch with one of the pastors in the area (or your own pastor) and ask to help. I know that they are waiting for y'all to show up! If we want to see change in this city, we have to show up and help make that change.

          If we want to see change in this city, we also have to experience change in ourselves. Not just at the moment of salvation, but a continual sanctification.
